Domestic quotations of rebar continue to go down in Spain. The local producers have reduced their offer prices by another EUR 20/t, to EUR 210/t exw (base) over the past two weeks amid virtually non-existent demand. In particular, B400S rebar 12 mm in diameter is offered at EUR 475/t exw. On pre-payment terms, the material can be bought at EUR 460-470/t delivered. Prices are shown exclusive of 16% VAT.
